Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
