DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. Came in a bubble bag inside of another regular shipping bag and the box is a little beat up but I haven’t opened it yet because I just received it. It’s small but they have larger sizes. This size is perfect for one a one cat household. Hopefully it will keep the food fresh.

They were waiting for the feeder. Arrived in excellent packaging, lots of pimples and protective bags, slightly crumpled box, but this is a question for the delivery services. Control is very easy, on the Internet we found instructions in Ukrainian. You can set up to 6 meals a day, up to 16 servings (each about 8-10 grams). The set has everything you need, except for batteries (you need 4 AA format, for power outages-it is important), but the power wire (Type-C / USB) turned out to be short for us personally. Works properly, spills exactly according to the schedule. We are very satisfied, thanks to the seller❤️

Excellent Product, programmed, just need to remember to refuel, by the amount that my dog eats, these 2L will take about 2 weeks to empty.
