DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.

The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.

Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can then cancel your order by contacting Customer Service.

In all the cases of return of the products the return will be able to be accepted and the exchange or the refund carried out, only for the complete products, in their state of origin with the original invoice of purchase.
