DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not engage our responsibility.

Ordered on June 17, arrived on June 28. Slippery cool to the touch of synthetics, the picture quality is good. On my size 48-50 is a little too big, sits oversized, but it suits me, I wanted to be tight. I recommend it.

Shirt arrived quickly, in good condition, and is of good quality. Fit on my wife is just a little tight even after ordering two sizes larger than her normal T-shirt size. Anybody in the US ordering this may want to order three sizes larger than normal for a more relaxed fit or if you have a larger bust as this is a women’s shirt but is definitely cut for women with a smaller chest
