DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not engage our responsibility.

Hydrating, Smells weird. Rubs off easily. I cannot put my finger on the scent. it smells either like cat pee or cat spray or pineapple. Anyhow, the color is perfect. unfortunately, it wears off easily. idkif I’d recommended

The color is really pretty, but it’s not as moist as in the picture, but why are you putting incense into lip products like this? Smell watermelon I’m not good…

This lipstick is very pigmented, bur does not have the shine that the photo depicts- it’s more matte. The color is accurate, but if you wanted something more glossy I would not suggest this. Additionally, some other reviewers mentioned an odd smell coming from the product, which I agree with. It’s really hard to describe but smells kind of rotten with a hint of lychee. If you have a sensitive nose like me I also wouldn’t recommend this- but if you like the color, a matte finish, and don’t mind certain smells, it’s perfect for you.

Certainly, there’s a bit of a scratch, as I ‘ve seen in the review. It feels like it hasn’t been smooth in the process, but it won’t be a big problem. The color feels cooler pink than the mall image, and closer to a sticky mat than a glocy feel. I think I should mix it with lip glows or something else rather than writing. The incense is an artificial peach scent (not very good)
