DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.

Great screen! Well packaged with cables included. When I connected to ipad pro initially the colors looked a bit faded, but setting hdr mode to auto fixed that, Connecting macbook did not seem to have this issue. Unfortunately can’t change brightness with HDR set to auto, but for my purpose it’s fine. Perhaps playing with other options can also improve it without HDR mode. Connecting screen to macbook with usb-c and connecting external power to screen also allows macbook (or ipad) to charge through the display. Great! Sound is not the greatest, obviously, but works as well.

I don’t know what’s wrong with him. When audio signal comes out, it turns off 3 seconds, it reconnects, it turns off 3 seconds, etc. Without audio it works but I will return it for this failure

Good portable monitor. The only thing to note is that in the largest resolution very small text, very much, we also bought a second FullHD monitor and it has a good standard picture size. This monitor has an aspect ratio not standard. There are no tributes to the color rendering, the picture is very high-quality and rich, better than that of the 15,6 FullHD (less saturated), both monitors are super in clarity. I recommend for purchase, comes in a beautiful box. I bought an additional laptop case for transportation. Also if you set a smaller resolution, then the text becomes larger and more convenient, but in some resolution options the picture is smeared, you need to select. If I bought again, I would buy FullHD, if not used for games, there is no point in 2.5 to
