  1. Phones that do not have a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect (iPhone needs a lightning to HDMI adapter).
  2. Please check if the Type-C port of your device is a full-featured Type C port. If not, Arzopa portable monitor will not be compatible with it.
  3. HDMI port does not support power transmission. The monitor must be connected to an extra power supply if you use HDMI/mini DP port for connection.
  4. If the monitor appears to flicker or restart when adjusting the brightness or others, please check whether the power supply is sufficient for the monitor.
  5. When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it is necessary to supply power to the monitor with the switch’s original adapter.

    Item never arrived, I opted for this store since the product was delivered from Europe and I needed it urgently but somehow continental logistics works way worst than deliveries from China. No tracking available nor feedbacks after shipment, very disappointed. Luckily after the refund I found a choice supplier that delivered a great product in half of the time. Ship from Europe is definitely not a guarantee of fast nor good delivery. Gonna avoid it in the future, Chinese suppliers are way more professional and reliable

Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
