DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not engage our responsibility.

Came within a week. I ordered a size small I am 5’4 and 145lbs my hips measure 40inches waist is 28inches thighs are 24.5inches. They are a little snug on my waist butt and thighs but I know if I got a medium it would be too big on me and I like a snug fit. Not much stretch if there is any. But absolutely love! And will be buying more! Thank you! <3

The item came pretty fast and I didn’t communicate to seller. It’s accurate like the picture. The only bad thing is that the pockets come sewn but it is easy to take the thread out. I ordered a size up (medium) and I wear a US small. I would recommend going up 1 size.

These are my second trousers. The first are black in size M , slightly loose . I ordered a light S. I was afraid they wouldn ‘t fit on me ) too narrow at the waist . But I like it when it fits snugly. If you open the pockets , they will be sewn up more freely . Height 168 cm , (5,6) weight 64 (141 lb) OG 94. FROM 70. OB102

Im 5’6, 167lb and I wear a US Large, I got a Large but was a little small so size up. Material is good just the sizing which isn’t too accurate.
