DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times from the moment we ship your package and following the delivery method: 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.
These times are given as an indication depending on the stocks of our suppliers and the time of receipt of the goods. We usually handle all your orders the same day. It takes about 2 business days from when you place your order on our site and when we send it to you. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment, payment by Paypal guarantees the speed of processing your order.
The Customer chooses his method of delivery when placing his order online. This choice is irrevocable once the validation of the order
Delivery times mentioned on the site are average times calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and start to be counted the day after the day of payment of the customer.
In case of deliverable items at different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. NOCITY.COM however reserves the possibility of splitting deliveries.
NOCITY.COM can not be held responsible for consequences due to late delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.
Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.
Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control and can not engage our responsibility.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can then cancel your order by contacting Customer Service.
You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery or the provision before signing the delivery note and indicate on the latter and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (error, damaged product ...). In case of delivery by a carrier, you must also confirm the reservations to the carrier no later than two working days after receipt of the item (s) and send us a copy of this letter by email.
In the case of anomaly, NOCITY.COM will reimburse you or exchange products not corresponding to your order (defective or non-compliant) after you have made your complaint by email.
Customer Service may ask you to return the products concerned. In the case of return by carrier, the shipping and return costs will be refunded on proof of the Post. However, the amount of the reimbursement of the expenses of return can not exceed 1.5 times the amount of the expenses of sending invoiced.
In all the cases of return of the products the return will be able to be accepted and the exchange or the refund carried out, only for the complete products, in their state of origin with the original invoice of purchase.

Pleasantly surprised by this caliper. It feels smooth and digits are quite stable. I tested a piece of metal – results are repeatable within 0.01mm. I like the case as well. One thing surprised me though: It uses CR1632 battery so I had to order some. For some reason I wrongly assumed it uses CR2032. Anyway, I would recommend it.

Seems to work very well and in terms of accuracy compares to verniers 5 times the price. Action is pretty smooth but not the best. The only trouble is something inside the body is scratching the face of the product which has left a mark after only a few uses. I imagine this will end up leaving a worse mark in time. It does not affect the function though so I’m not too bothered.

Surprisingly great handle. Holds zero well even after several dozen measurements, as there was zero before the second sign, and there was no error, I checked the thickness on the standard part up to hundredths, everything is clear, the maximum sometimes walks up to 0.01, and then it can not be clear because the detail is with thousandths and it can round. I am very happy to recommend everything, 5 + version, only batteries are not included.

Very nice tool with full metal body. I like the large display and big numbers on it. The buttons provide excellent tactile feeling. The only strange part is the battery cover which is only friction fixed. Strange at an IP54 product. The removing of the cover requires a small plastic screwdriver shaped tool (included in the box). Even a small microfiber cloth was included in the box for cleaning the display. I have not checked how accurate it is.
