    Completely waste of money, each time measuring, you get a different measurement. Plastic is jerky. Lesson learned at my expense.

    Attention problem with the drawer of stack especially not to make the wrong sense. I managed to fix it. It’s okay. By handing over the stack I was still wrong. I did not reassemble it I did it with a piece of paper slipped under the stack. He’s doing very well. Stack drawer problem to solve in factory thank you.

    Ordered and paid on 29 May 2024. Received on 04 June 2024 in Singapore. The caliper is slightly longer than the envelope so the end of the caliper tore through the envelope. Does not come with CR2032 battery. I inserted the battery that I have and it is working. Light made of plastic. But for my simple measurements, this is fine for me. Thanks.

    Battery not included and hidden deep in product details not satisfied. Had to buy a package that equaled out to .20 cents per battery and I’ll never go through all of them. Be aware that NO battery is included even though they would cost the seller nothing to include.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

NOCITY.COM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

Subject to the General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the option to cancel an order made online when the order is not at the "Shipped" stage. The user must contact Customer Service using the online form.

Products for sale on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In this context, it is indicated if the items are in stock at the time of placing your order. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can then cancel your order by contacting Customer Service.

Customer Service may ask you to return the products concerned. In the case of return by carrier, the shipping and return costs will be refunded on proof of the Post. However, the amount of the reimbursement of the expenses of return can not exceed 1.5 times the amount of the expenses of sending invoiced.

In all the cases of return of the products the return will be able to be accepted and the exchange or the refund carried out, only for the complete products, in their state of origin with the original invoice of purchase.

  • You have a period of 30 days from receipt, to return the product that does not suit you: the price of the product (s) purchased (s) will be refunded from their receipt by NOCITY. COM within 8 days. Shipping and return costs are your responsibility.
